MONA Garanti Koşulları
1. General
These Warranty Terms apply to all MONA modular shelving system products sold through www.monadek.com ("Website"). Warranty rights are provided within the framework of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection ("TKHK") and relevant legislation.
2. Warranty Period
In accordance with TKHK Article 56 and the provisions of the Warranty Certificate Regulation, the warranty period for MONA products is 2 (two) years from the date of delivery to the consumer. This period applies to both catalog products and configurator products.
3. Warranty Coverage
The following are covered by the warranty:
- Defects caused by manufacturing errors (panel curvature, incorrect laser cutting, faulty welding, etc.)
- Material defects (production-related peeling of surface coating, corrosion, etc.)
- Structural defects (deformation below carrying capacity, connector breakage, etc.)
- Functional defects (modules not fitting together, etc.)
If a defect covered by the warranty is detected, the BUYER has the right to exercise one of the following optional rights (TKHK Article 11):
- (i) Withdrawal from the contract (refund)
- (ii) Replacement of the product with a faultless equivalent
- (iii) Free repair of the defect
- (iv) A discount from the price proportionate to the defect
4. Exclusions from Warranty
The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
- Damage resulting from use or assembly contrary to the user manual
- Deformation caused by exceeding the recommended load capacity
- Unusual environmental conditions such as direct sunlight, excessive humidity, corrosive chemical contact
- Damage caused by mechanical impacts such as hitting, dropping, or impact
- Modifications, repairs, or alterations made by the BUYER or third parties
- Aesthetic wear due to normal use (micro-scratches on the surface, natural color change, etc.)
- Damage caused by force majeure (earthquake, flood, fire, etc.)
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning methods or the use of unsuitable cleaning products
5. Warranty Claim Process
You can submit your warranty claims to info@monadek.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the defect
- Clear photos of the defect (at least 3)
- Date of purchase
MONA evaluates and responds to warranty claims within a maximum of 30 days.
6. Spare Parts Supply Obligation
In accordance with TKHK Article 58, MONA is obliged to supply spare parts for 10 (ten) years from the production date of the product. For spare parts requests within this period, you can contact info@monadek.com. The cost of spare parts and shipping expenses are borne by the requesting party; however, for defects within the warranty period and covered by the warranty, these costs are covered by MONA.
7. Repair or Replacement Period
The repair of a defect covered by the warranty or the replacement of the product is carried out within 30 (thirty) business days from the date MONA receives the BUYER's request (TKHK Article 58/3). In cases where this period needs to be exceeded due to production or supply, the BUYER is informed in advance.
8. Consumer Rights
These Warranty Terms do not limit or abolish the legal rights of the BUYER under TKHK and other legislative provisions. In complaints and objections, Consumer Arbitration Committees in the BUYER's place of residence, within the monetary limits determined annually by the T.R. Ministry of Trade, or Consumer Courts in disputes exceeding this limit, are authorized.
