MONA Preliminary Information Form

1. Subject

This Preliminary Information Form is provided by TKT Mimarlık Anonim Şirketi ("MONA") to consumers shopping through www.monadek.com ("Website") before the conclusion of a distance sales contract, in accordance with Article 48 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 ("TKHK") and Article 5 of the Distance Sales Regulations.

3. Essential Characteristics of the Product

The essential characteristics of the ordered products (modular shelf structure, material, dimensions, weight, load capacity, color, package content, assembly status) are detailed on the relevant product page of the Website. For products designed via the configurator, the parameters selected by the Buyer are shown in the order summary.

Measurement Tolerance: MONA products are manufactured using laser cutting and CNC processing technologies; there may be measurement tolerances of ±3mm within industry standards.

4. Sales Price

The sales price (including VAT) of the ordered products is shown on the relevant product page of the Website and in the order summary. Prices are displayed in Turkish Lira (TRY) according to the user's location. For purchases made from Turkey, the invoice is issued in TRY.

5. Payment Method

Payments can be made using the following methods:

  • Credit card / debit card
  • Alternative payment methods offered on the MONA Website

The payment infrastructure is provided by a licensed payment institution; card information is not stored by MONA.

6. Delivery Information

6.1 Delivery Time

The products are shipped within 7-14 business days following order confirmation. For configurator products, the delivery time may be extended depending on the production period; in this case, the Buyer is informed upon order confirmation. The legal maximum delivery period is 30 (thirty) days.

6.2 Delivery Level

Delivery is made to the apartment door at the address specified by the Buyer. In-apartment transport and assembly services may be offered for an additional fee, exclusively within the borders of Istanbul province.

6.3 Shipping Fee

The shipping fee is shown in the order summary based on product size, weight, and delivery address.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Catalog Products

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract for catalog products without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product.

7.2 Configurator Products

Products whose dimensions, module selection, and color parameters are determined by the Buyer using the MONA modular shelf configurator are considered "goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or expressly for their personal needs" as per Article 15/1-(c) of the Distance Sales Regulations, and are therefore outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this point before placing the order.

7.3 Exercising the Right of Withdrawal and Return Process

For detailed information, please refer to the Withdrawal and Return Conditions document published on the Website. In summary:

  • Withdrawal notification is made to info@monadek.com.
  • Return shipping is organized through MONA's contracted logistics company.
  • Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer and are deducted from the refund amount.

8. Warranty

MONA products are covered by a 2 (two) year legal warranty in accordance with Article 56 of TKHK No. 6502. For details, please refer to the Warranty Conditions document.

9. Complaints and Objections

In case of complaints and objections, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence are authorized within the monetary limits determined annually by the Ministry of Commerce of the Republic of Turkey, or Consumer Courts in disputes exceeding this limit.
